Artwork for possible addition into the MQ Art Museum for the IX (ninth) exhibit should be posted in this thread.

Art Museum Thread Rules
All Universal Forum Rules relating to posting behavior apply!
These should be the first thing you read when you join the forums. They apply everywhere; this means that any behavior prohibited by the Universal Rules is prohibited in this forum.
Artwork Only
This thread is for the submission of Artwork for the MechQuest in-game Art Museum. You are not allowed to post comments or opinions on artwork or otherwise EXCEPT in the discussion thread.
Only post any given piece once
Please do not post your artwork multiple times; you can make multiple posts in a thread with different material, but repeatedly posting one piece will be considered spamming.
Each Thread has its own submission rules
Follow individual thread rules. While you already are following the Universal Rules and rules of this board, each submission thread has specific rules that you need to follow should you want your art looked at.
Do not post images directly
Please submit artwork by posting a direct link to a publicly accessible part of an image-sharing site or similar. DO NOT use [image] tags! Also, please do not link to a gallery or a folder of images; if your post does not contain a direct link to your image, it will be deleted. All images need to be in the .jpg format.
Dimensions:
The image you link shouldn't be less than 500 x 500 pixels in size, and should not be greater than 800 x 800 pixels.
No placeholders
As the time you reply to the thread has no impact on how your work is judged, there is no need to post placeholders (posts without any art links that just say "Links coming soon", or similar).
Make a new Post each time you submit artwork
Please make a new post every time you want to submit a new set of links to artwork you are submitting, rather than editing in to an old post. You may submit as many links as you want in any one post, however if you edit new work in to a post that has already been seen by the Staff then there is a possibility that the new work may be overlooked. Please only use the edit tool to correct broken links or similar.
Please limit the number of submissions you make to three (3) pieces. If you have more than three pieces of art, please submit only your three favorite pieces!
Admissible Artwork
All ideas submitted have a possibility to be used as game material and thus become property of Artix Entertainment.
Media Types
All media types, including watercolor, drawing, colored pencil, line art, sketches, and digital media are welcomed.
All Artwork must be MechQuest related
All artwork must contain some aspect of MechQuest. Crossovers between the AE Games are allowed, as long as one of them is MechQuest.
All Artwork must contain your Forum Name
Your submission needs to have your Forum Name on it somewhere. This helps ensure that you are the creator of the piece in question (for example, if you are scanning in or photographing your work, a card with your forum name on it in the scan or photo will suffice). If your submission is entirely digital, we need proof of concept - screenshots showing the work in progress - to prove that you did it.
All Artwork must be your own
This means that you must have created each piece you submit entirely yourself; for example, we aren't looking for edited MQ Screenshots. This means that by posting in this board, you claim any artwork that you link as entirely your own. Posting artwork that you do not own as if it were (known as plagiarism, or "ripping") will result in a ban from these forums. Should you believe your art or that of another has been stolen, you should contact the head moderator of this board, Vivi or Maegwyn, via Forums PM with all evidence. Do not post accusations publicly.
No posting copyrighted art
We can't use images that clearly show something which is copyrighted by a company other than Artix Entertainment, LLC. This means no grey robed wizard character with a "My name is Gandulf" speech-bubble, or a scene involving the Star Captain ship and the Death Star.
Do not post photographs of people
Please do not post any images which contain photographs (or similar images, such as from a webcam) of real people. Sadly, this means we cannot accept submissions of, for example, a photo of you dressed up in a Star Captain uniform.
