@Above have you tried your neutral strategy on a VI?

A VI? Like, a Void Incarnate? Nah but I spose it could be cool with its four Sacrifices and such, would still be left pretty defenseless especially with nothing like Fresh Start to give it a bit more base energy for shields.

Corruptions and iron hides on VI though.

dueling Dylligraphy, he won the first and second match, I won the third, heres the printscreen: http://prntscr.com/3w6osi

Question, since he won the 1st and 2nd match and I won the 3rd, how many more fights do I have to win to move on?

Two in a row is a tiebreaker, so if you win game 4 and tie it 2-2, then you have to win 1 more for it to be 3-2 and then you'd win. But if I win to make it 3-1 I win by best 3-of-5. You wouldn't win by making it 2-2 as we would have both achieved the same results. Common sense right?

No 3 - 2 means you have to go again if it trades off wins.

till 2 wins in a row

Dyli won the 4th match, making this a 3-2, does this mean its over or we have to play one more?

well since we don't know if he won or not we played another match, he won the match but we came to the conclusion that the health glitched, not sure if were going to redo.

Alright so after some lengthy matches I won 4-1 (we did an extra match just so everyone was clear on the tiebreak rules and such).

Duel 1 - Dylligraphy
Duel 2 - Dylligraphy
Duel 3 - Ph3x
Duel 4 - Dylligraphy
Duel 5 - Dylligraphy

Good luck Ph3x in the other bracket and to clinton, Real Deal, and Gorillo Titan.

Health glitch means you have to redo the last match.

First of all, I didn't "come to the conclusion that there was a health glitch", that's on Ph3x. And that was in the 5th duel, which was totally unnecessary, where he claims my overkill on him was 100 less than on my screen despite my having clearly won on both screens with him below 0 HP and me over 2000 on each screen.

If Ph3x can produce a screenshot of what happened on his end for all duels so far then I'll consider doing a sixth match, otherwise I feel I've done all I should reasonably be expected to.

I also don't understand why he wrote "3-2" when he only won one duel.

Ah, no Revonthurkey, I see. Are you going to use it in the rest of the tournament, TFP?

I might bring it out again but I was inspired by BJEBLE's 1-1 result against Gorillo (even though he forfeited) to give Soul Wyvern another chance (without crazy Neutral CC's this time though).

Meanwhile, if you, Ph3x, could elaborate on what was going on at your end and if you have any disputes over the first four duels then I'll see what I can do, if it's just the fifth duel which I won on both screens anyway then I really don't feel a re-do's necessary as I won 3-1 after the fourth duel.

My mistake, I rather mean I concluded the health glitch, and I also said we "may or may not" redo because I didn't take a printscreen therefore I didn't think you'd agree on a redo but I'm not you so I wouldn't know. I'm fine with it regardless.

Thanks a lot Ph3x, and my apologies for being so stubborn about it. If the duels didn't take so long and have so many things that could potentially go wrong I wouldn't be so reluctant to keep going but there's a point where it seems the duels could just go on back and forth forever. ;_;

@TFP Both fights were very long. I don't even like Water that much anyways, other elements(Fire, Neutral, Earth, Shadow) mean a lot more to me than Water does, and I would not forfeit in those.

Clinton has beaten me to eliminate me from the tourney. Clinton is a good player and I wish him the best of luck.

the tourney was good . my only regret is that it has taken so long to finish.

other than that, good luck to all remaining participants.

Thanks Real Deal, you did great and I hope to see you in one of these again, and btw your leaderboard score is extremely impressive.

So now it's clinton vs. Gorillo Titan, good luck you two!

If anyone would like more action, similar to the water contest, (the people who got eliminated, the people still in it for practice or the people who just couldn't make it in) I'm currently leveling up my horsey and buying CCs for it, You can have fun dueling with me jut id rather not be in a very long duel. It is level 16 right now.

Soul wyvern without CC destroys Revthurkey go full str rather than healing so you get them before they have time to get nuetralize working its that simple.

@Gorillo
You can't brute strength something when you're level 20 and your opponent has access to a lot of heals. Water characters are not offensive enough to try to kill something before they are killed. A Revonthurkey that just uses heals, shields, corruptions, and 500 attacks can easily beat any other water character given enough time.
