level 38/39 is to hard for the new players to level up should be capped at 4000ex it is realy to hard to expect all of them to do it,the ones trying are fedup with the game and give up

You can blame all the players who whined about the matchmaking system thanks to the legendary ranks. It was those players content complaining that caused this to happen. This is why most of the people either

1 Go pure strength and power through
2 just go to two vs two

On topic

While this is true what do you suggest? While I see a complaint which I find 100% valid with not only new players but older players as well using alts. there is nothing here suggested on how to fix this problem.

IIRC this idea (The change to matchmaking in one vs one) was to give levels 35-37 a break from level 40's legendary ranks at the expense of level 38-39 (Which as we both know was a horrible idea since those same 35-37 will just quit once they get to level 38)

Losses are not shown anymore.. so I don't see how this makes any sense.

If they want to win they can buy 4 stat core boosts an win against level 40.

We all have been thru these phases, 2 levels isn't a big deal.

All players have max enhanced items for their level and over 100k extra by the time they are level 35.

unless they played before mega on a character that wasn't maxed and didn't buy varium. they are going to fall behind every one else.

Though if it was made to where a level 38 can face a legendary rank of 3. A 39 can face a legendary rank of 4. then it goes back to normal as the 5 level difference so a level 38 isn't facing legendary rank of 10.
