So this war has shown that a war rally can trigger as long as a side is losing and it does not care by what amount.

What I am suggesting is the losing side has to be LOSING and not neck and neck for a war rally to trigger. Meaning that if a side is down by say 50K because I've personally seen the war rally net a side 60K and according to the war thread it next a side 24K not more than three hours ago from posting
