I'll sum, it up in a moment BK, just let me read the latest Kell post. Volrun and his Varan forces assumed a defensive position on the battlefield, but was soon backed by the cavalry forces of Trevor and Thanisgard. Right after, Ivis Ainsworth and her mercenaries arrived on the scene, and I'm pretty sure they're at the northern flank (facing Alquen's cavalry). Now Enric and his Daret champions, along with Kerra Brzerzin and the Kulaki - who I assume are on the southern flank - are charging the Alquen columns. Finally, Reynard Naise and the Vorfather troops are reinforcing the Varan soldiers. EDIT: Oh, and the Alquen forces have cavalry on their northern flank, three columns of Alquen Regulars on their main line, crossbowmen behind them, and some mages tagging behind them. Alquen Regulars are charging, the crossbowmen will support their charge, and the cavalry and mages are yet to act - as far as I know. EDIT2: I have given the command of the Vorfather cavalry to Trevor of Thanisgard; just assume they're in your ranks, DNW. As for my own men, the Vorfather swordsmen joined the Varan formation, while the Vorfather archers are behind them. The Varan-Vorfather company is moving forward, but slower than the others because they're in a shield wall - which I hope will somewhat lessen the casualties caused by the crossbows (or they should at least fare much better than Daret and the Kulaki). Once the Varan are close enough, they're going to break formation and charge the Alquen Regulars; once those two forces begin fighting, the Vorfather archers will stop firing on the Regulars (lest they risk friendly fire) and will then change to firing on the crossbowmen. EDIT3: Here is my -very- rough translation of the battlefield, or at least what it will soon look like. I could have made a mistake somewhere, but this is what I understand. I wasn't sure if Ivis' forces were about to charge, and I'm pretty sure Cardus signaled the First Column to head for them. http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj222/ande012/RoDStrat.jpg
