@The Jop: Well, why not? Allowing charging past 5 would allow an element of SKILL in battles. Do you want to charge to a lower number and get the first hits in? Or do you want to charge to a high number so that you can infinitely sustain your barrage? However, if you charge too low, there's a chance that you waste turns just charging because you ran out of charges. But if you charge too high, you could waste charges by not being able to spend it before hitting the 20 charges limit. Currently, we just charge to 5 and then unleash all the cards. However, a lot of character (Earth and Ice, for example) would rather have more charges regenerating each turn. Basically, 5 is too low of a limit to make gameplay with different characters sufficiently different. After a certain level (I think it's somewhere between 5-10), health becomes high enough that rushing an enemy without charging all the way means that you'll be wasting turns at the end of the game, because the initial stockpile of charges won't burst down their health completely. Allow us to charge basically infinitely would give the player more control over the character and make Oversoul a more skillful game.
