Until the time at which we receive Series 2 and the new cards therein (which is inevitable because the current packs are “_____ Series 1” as opposed to just “_____ Series”), power creep can simply take the form of increasing the numbers of powerful cards in characters’ native decks. Triple Fire Whirl has been a long time coming, and with the advent of Omni Knight the gates are open to various combinations of charge cards on characters of all elements. We could start seeing double Fresh Starts, triple Energizes, double Neutralizes with Fresh Start, double Fresh Starts with Energize. Hell, triple Petrify would be cool, Energy characters with 2500 native Shields could be interesting. Four Poisons, three Storms, three Mountain Strikes, three Healing Springs, three Greater Heals, etc etc are all grounds that need not be considered sacred especially when so many of these things can be done with CC that it’s a natural progression. There’s lots of potential for growth is what I’m saying. If something ends up too powerful, it can always be nerfed later. Multiple Freezes was an issue, it was fixed. Xmas Elf was an issue but I’d like to see a climate in which pre-nerfed Xmas Elf wouldn’t be overpowered. The point is that power creep is essential and if risks need to be taken to that effect then take them, it’s far better than the sheer ennui of strings of characters with slightly rearranged attack/pierce card quantities. Go crazy, please! I agree with the above, I'd also like to see more good, fun & refreshing decks (like Omni Knight's) from now on, just to see more diversity experience in PVP gameplay but avoiding balance issues of course. We haven't got Chaos & may never get it, so more Dual/Multi/Quadruple elemental decks is the least we OS players definitely deserve in replacement.
