So I have been thinking about 2 kinds of modes. Your average legendary rank mode then Legendary Mode for NPCS.
There are some NPCS who are above level 40, even matrix whos level 100 and especially Dage, who we want to fight.
What Legendary Mode does is that it will change every two ranks you achieve into levels, therefore allowing us to fight people like matrix on an even level.
I don't know how this mode can be implemented, you might need to create a strict Legendary Mode (NPC) server to enable the points but this will be such an asset to the community. NPC, fighting matrix, dage, etc will be absolutely amazing.
