How many times has that been suggested for return/revamp, Floyd?


Frostval items are NOT going to happen. I really believe that.

True, Frostval items are likely to never come back ever. But that doesn't mean they can't make a clone of FMS with a completely different name and art, but a somewhat similar theme. They did that with Legend of the Seeker promotional items in the recent batch of GGBs.(see and compare Radiant Shuriken and Dacra)

I highly doubt the actual FMS itself will ever come back, but I could see us potentially getting a clone of it with a Thermal Shocking heat beam.

I kinda hope we get Infernal Caladbolg from AQW, and it works the same way as Caladbolg(can make the monster bleed and gain power from it), but inflicts burn instead.. That would be the ULTIMATE Fire weapon for Mage/Warriors. I have been wanting such weapon in a looong time.

Hmm with this upcoming massive AE wide GGB release just like last year, I do wonder if it is possible to bring back a few of last year's AE wide GGB rares as well. Even if it were to be just for this month. Midnight Wish Dagger is one of the stuff me likes to see return. Pretty please?

Either way it will be epic.

I know the upcoming mass AE-wide GGB will be more of a cross over thing, but does anyone think that pet poelala might finally return as well?

As of now, it is said that only radiant shuriken will go rare out of the 3 items released in the previous batch. Could this mean that this year's AE wide release will have roughly 2/3 of the new items staying for good?

 Keep in mind some of the previous ones stayed as well so there is likely a good chance it will be the same one way or another.

 Hmm, I second Captain Bob! Infernal Caladbolg please!!! Gonna make AQWers rage quit seeing as how that baby cost 3k ACs, besides I'd love to have an item in both games :3 Maybe a Fire version, with bleed? I dont see how burn will be any better than bleed!

Also Evolved Dark Caster too!! Gawd I'm psyched :)

Also I wonder if some day, Poelala might return.. ya know, hope its not an Archmage level wait though.

Well, I just think that Bleed is a bit boring, Burn can be used for a lot of things and it's just funnier to use, and if you're against a ice monster you'd rather have it to do fire dot than harm, right? We really lack Fire weapons for Mages too, Warrior's got their Shadowscourge Pyracepter (vampire) and besides, having a Flaming Caladbolg is like... Godly.

And yes, I really hope and wish that Midnight Wish would return, we lack water weapons for mages, 0 proc ones that's it and its luck MC make it literally the strongest magical Water weapon in the entire game. And if Poelala also returned then I might get a little heart attack and wake up with a smile, that'd make it the most epic GGB ever.

I'm gonna do a Midnight Wish and hope ;))

I have a completely crazy idea! What if we got a no special ranged weapon? Or maybe even a compression ranged weapon :O

Last time as in last year's February x-over GGB release, I recall the only weapon type they left out was wands?
And the no proc ranged weapon in that batch was Zardbie Scythe.

That would be horrible, actually. I mean, I'm not against them returning at some point (seeing as I'm not a rare-hunter), but it would be really off-putting to halve the number of potential new rewards.

I'm not against returning items this time, but only if it's Zardbie Scythe. I freaking love that thing and missed it the last batch before I ran out of them tokens.

I'll accede to Frostval Items not coming back but I'll take a B rate clone if I can get one though. I miss my Icefall. It was MC before MC was cool (I wish I didn't sell it all those years ago). 15% rez chance, HP and MP heal by fire damage, and MP skill. It's too ridiculous to exist now but an ice armor to tie me over between Horoshows or a water armor so I can set my no drop to something else and not have to use a misc slot on Snide. Level gap ice armor or water armor.
