What do you guys think about upgrading our skills?

I suggest we can upgade our skills by paying varium. I'm a Blood Mage so I'll give some examples.

Field Medic
You can pay varium to increase Field Medic's heal by 2% and you will be able to upgrade every skill 10 times so a Field Medic upgraded 10 times will heal 20% more HP.
Each upgrade costs 100 more varium than the last, 1 upgrade will cost 100, 2 will cost 200, 10 will cost 5500 varium.

Fire Ball
Every upgrade for Fire Ball increases its damage by 25.

Plasma Cannon
Every upgrade increases damage by 25, crit rate by 2% and ignores 3% more resistance.

Overload
Every upgrade increases stun rate by 2% and damage by 25.

What are your guys thoughts?

why you ask?
bcus omega was where ed wanted to remove the p2w aspects of the game by making every weapon same powerful bcus varium weapons + enchantments were 10 times better then f2p weapons + most f2p users could not afford enchantments.
By implementing this you are making the game p2w which will make more f2p users leave which is something that we don't want and that is going against the fact that ED is trying to not be p2w which it used to be
