Brief Description: it said that i only can send 3 msgs every 5 minutes , i sent my 3 msgs and then i waited 10 minutes after then sent a msg and tried to send another one it said that i only can send 3 msgs every 5 minutes
Error Messages (if any): you can only send 3 messages every 5 minutes
