Brief Description: In the mission Handyman Wanted the needed item (Infernal Welding Torch) is not at the said location is screen 12 at Infernal Mines .

Step by step details to duplicate issue:
1. ... Go to Heavy Mechachillid Level 34
2. ... Accept Mission
3. ... Go to the said location

 That item location is for Pyre Problems which is why it isn't there.

The mission text says to look in the Wasteland Mines and the torch is next to Junker 2.0 http://puu.sh/ieFsk/19356f07a1.jpg
