So this new core is kind of like a kamikaze last resort core. It can go on your armor or primary as an active. It could be called kamikaze or something more creative im not too god with naming stuff. What you do is when you get below a certain threshold in health you can activate this core and it turns all your remaining energy into damage for your primary. The cot would be whatever your remaining energy is and it would scale with strength. It wouldn't be a flat out energy to damage because that could be too op. You could make it unrageable but make it unblockable. It could have a max energy to damage threshold of something like 200 energy=150% weapon damage so if your hitting 100 on the guy, you hit 150 for one turn and it's unblockable, but any energy you had over 200 would also be wasted(numbers above are just a suggestion and are easy to do math on)
