Description: The most likely sent to the darkness beyond time by sonav.

I'd suggest updating the dragonlord class? I've been wanting to get it but it just doesn't have a theme to it. Its skills doesnt have anything to do with any dragon related matter at all.



Draconic Berserker? Black Dragon?

Auto attack: Bone Breaker
- Auto attack that deals 130% weapon damage.

Rank 1: Might of the Dragons (Physical, 10 mana, 6 sec CD)
- gain 20% damage and critical damage for 6 sec

Rank 2: Rampage (Physical, 10 mana, 6 sec CD)
- gain 20% haste and critical chance for 6 sec

Rank 3: Hardcore (physical, 30 mana, 10 sec CD)
- gain 90% resistance to any incoming damage but slows you haste and lowers your damage by 20% in return for 8 secs

Rank 4:
increase damage resistance by 30%
increase damage done and haste by 15%

Rank 5: Rage - Gain the might of the ancestral dragons (Physical, 30 mana, 15 sec CD)
- You become immune to any effects from attacks such as stuns, crippling strikes, dots and any attacks that lowers your ability for 8 secs

I wanted to show a concept of a class that relies a lot on auto attacks for damage.

This class is great for pvp and as a damage source on a party.

Drow Duelist

Weapon Damage: 200%, 3.0 speed
Description: Recommended enhancement: Fighter. Drow Duelist, are those competitive fighters that fights for food and glory, being a master expert in combative duels, they are also an expert in hunting and spellcrafting, making them a durable fighters in the arena, turning the tide of battle into your advantage.

Mana Regen: Drow Duelist gain mana when they:
- Strike an enemy in combat (more effective on crits)
- Dodge any attack (restores HP as well)

Gladiator's Soul (Rank 4 Passive)
Description: You deal 20% additional damage to all physical type of attacks.

Stoic Heroism (Rank 4 Passive)
Description: Reduces damage taken by all sources by 20%

Duel (Rank 5)
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 35
Type: Physical / Magical
Description: Forcing you and your opponent to attack each other to death, applies Duel, gives both you and your opponent a massive boost to attackspeed, while on Duel state, you and your opponent cannot cast skill, and cannot move on a certain area and all your attacks are guaranteed to hit, while the buff is still effective, you take 50% of your opponents damage, each successful attack or hit from the opponent boosting your damage by 20%, stacks up to 10 times. Duel state lasts for 15 seconds.
- Note: Cannot be evaded, blocked or parried, while on this state, you and your opponents will be fighting to death making your characters uncontrollable until the duration ends, or one gets defeated.

Description: Increase Endurance by 50%.

An OP DPS class to Rival VHL like "Brutal Legion DoomKnight"
Requirements can be: Merge LDK set from LT Merge shop + New LDK class + 10k Legion Tokens + (new misc item called Legion Auras) x 100
Have similar skill layout to the new LDK but wayy more damaging and punishing as well as an attack that has an effect on auto like VHL
Auto: increases hit chances and crit by 5% for 2 secs, CD is 2 Secs
Skill 1: stack skill and damage reduction to enemy
Skill 2: healing skill and reduces enemy haste
Skill 3: an attack that also buffs ur damage and crit by 30-40%
Skill 4: Passives: 20% outgoing damage increased, 20% damage taken reduced
Skill 5: Nuke, Own Haste increase and DoT applied to enemy
Rank 10 Passive: chance to stun enemy for 10 secs, and absorbs enemy attacks for 10 secs
Also class must be able to solo Binky with ease and quickness

OK. I was thinking of TWO new classes that could really top off the scales in AQWorlds.

Wait for it........Wait for it........
1) Legion Slayer
2) Nation/Archfiend Slayer

What they basically are is that they contradict each other. The Legion Slayer belongs to the Nation, whereas the Nation Slayer belongs to the Legion.

The Legion Slayer will give bonus damage against Legion monsters (and that INCLUDES legion class wearing players in PVP, like Dark Caster, Legion Doomknight, Soul Cleaver, etc). So this class will deal more damage to all Legion monsters and Legion classes.

Whereas,

The Nation Slayer will give bonus damage against Nation/Archfiend monsters(and that also INCLUDES archfiend class wearing players in PVP, like Archfiend, Void HighLord, etc). So this class will deal more damage to all Archfiend/Nation monsters and Nation/Archfiend classes.

Legion Slayer :
This class will require rank 10 Legion( which is a new reputation)
Nation/Archfiend Slayer:
This class will require rank 10 Nation( which is also a new reputation)

I will post my ideas for the attacks and animation if this idea would be at least considered.

Lord of Terror

Description: Recommended enhancement: Wizard. You become a pure manifestation of true darkness and evil, not even the strongest forces can stop you, wielding the power of the Lord of Terror makes you the most powerful entity at lore (and also being the most wanted being to be hunted down). You bring destruction and death to those fools who dare to challenge you, and not even death can save them from you.

Mana Regen: Lord of Terror gain mana when they:
- Strike an enemy in combat (more effective on crits)
- Dodge any attack (restores HP as well)

Description: Hurls an infernal fireball, deals moderate damage that is surely to crit. Your opponent is cremated by the infernal flame and has 20% less damage, dodge chance, crit chance, crit amount, and hit chance and takes 20% more damage. Lasts 20 seconds and stacks up to 5. You also receive a moderate HoT which stacks up to 5.
- Note: Cannot be evaded.

Soul Sunder (Rank 2)

Type: Magical
Description: Grabs your opponents and shackle their souls, rending them helpless before you. Applies Sundered, stuns the opponent for 5 seconds and each successful damage done to the opponent, heals you and your allies for the exact same amount of damage dealt.
- Note: Cannot be evaded.

Soul Submission (Rank 3)
Mana Cost: 10
Cooldown: 10
Type: Magical
Description: Your gaze is enough to make your opponents cower in fear and submit themselves to you. Deals heavy damage and applies Soul Twisted to all opponents, causing your opponents to hit itself when it tries to hit you.
- Note: Status effects also included to the effect, if they try to stun you, they will stun themselves instead.

Destruction Incarnate (Rank 4 Passive)
Description: Increases attack damage and spells by 25%

Invincible Strength (Rank 4 Passive)
Description: Reduces damage taken by all sources by 25%

Infernal Rage (Rank 5)
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 15
Type: Physical / Magical
Description: Rage empowers you, gives you a MASSIVE BOOST to all your attack damage and spells, and a 95% damage resistance. Lasts for 10 seconds.

Hell Bringer (Rank 1/10 Passive)
Description:
- (Rank 1) All skills have chance to apply SOUL LEECH, gives you a moderate HoT.
- (Rank 10) Increase Endurance by 50%.

GateKeeper Class


Description:
As a (class name) you stand guard at the gates of the underworld, using the powers of light and darkness to control the ebb and flow of battle.

Magic Regen: Gain mana from all hits landed in combat, and especially on crits. The amount depends on the damage relative to *their own* HP total.

Auto Attack
Rank Needed: 0
Mana Cost: 0 Mana
Cooldown: 2 Seconds
Type: Physical
Description: A basic attack, taught to all adventurers. Damage dealt is based on your weapon damage.


Healing Strike

Description: A quick strike dealing 100% weapon damage and instantly healing for 50%.
Notes: This skill i’m thinking is supposed to be your solid main skill, it heals you a bit does some damage, nothing fancy but nothing terrible.

Shadow Strike
Rank Needed: 2
Mana Cost: TBD
Cooldown: TBD
Type: Magical
Description: You channel the darkness along your weapon engulfing your foe in shadows lowering their haste by 75% and increasing your hit chance by 50%
Notes: The plan here is a simple hit that makes them do less damage while letting you do more could be tweaked.


Gateway Shield
Rank Needed: 3
Mana Cost: TBD
Cooldown: TBD
Type: Magical
Description: Open a portal between the underworld and paradise between you and your foe granting you Touch of Paradise, healing you immediately for 10% of your max health while also granting you a powerful HoT for 10 Seconds, while placing Touch of Damnation on your opponent dealing 15% of your max health immediately and placing a DoT on them for 10 Seconds.
Notes: I think the effect of the skill says it all for how I see it, heal you hurt your enemy ned I say more?

Description: Increases endurance and HP by 20%

Unnatural Aggression

Description: Increases Haste by 15%

Description: Using the full might of purgatory you strike down your opponent denying them passage to the afterlife and denying their current life The closer to life they are the more damage it does the closer to death they are the worse the the Stun effect
Notes: This is the skill that I thought up first I am thinking a single massive strike ( Think BunkerBuster from AO but with a bit of a twist, it’s a huge hit on high health targets but the damage it does goes down the less health the enemy has. It also gives a chance to stun which goes up the less health they have.


Eternal Servitude
Rank Needed: 10
Type: Passive Ability
Description: Your oath to guard the gates of eternity is a blessing and a curse, the gentle caress of death flees from you.
Notes: A small chance that when you would die your health and mana are restored I’m thinking like 2-5% chance.

Battle Experience (Rank 10)
Description: Thanks to all the battle you did Fighter, helped you to be more effective in battle increase your damage and defense against attacks, Damage taken reduced and damage dealed with physcal attacks is increased in 5%.

How to get it?
Buy it in the Thok's Warrior Shop for 1000 Gold

This is the class of level 1 of the warrior classes of Thok, not have previous level and the next is Warrior.



WarKnight

Description: The WarKnight is the guardian of the war commanders and warlords; and the mentor of the warriors and fighters, during a fierce battle, with his incredible physical prowess and admirable resistance, he will be able to confront his rivals without fear..
Mana Regen: Fighters gain mana when they:
Strike a enemy in combat. (more effective on crits)
Are struck by an enemy in combat .


Weapon Damage is 120%.

Knight Strike (Rank 1)
Mana Cost : 0 Mana
Cooldown : 2 Seconds
Type : Physical
Description: A hit to make down your rivals and enemies.

Block/Break Strike (Rank 1)

Description: You attack the enemy with a lot of power and if your damage is greater than your opponent, you will cause that the is completely blocked damage and if the opposite happens, you get hurt and get a bonus with Strategist Blow to Break the enemy. (Deals 150% Weapon Damage without Strategist Blow and with it is 300%)

Type : Physical
Description: A precise blow which stuns your opponent for 3 seconds and makes him/her vulnerable taking 150% extra damage. (Deals 60% Weapon Damage and applyes Weakening Stun=Stun for 3 seconds and take 150% extra damage)

Mana Cost : 20 Mana
Cooldown : 20 Seconds
Type : Physical
Description: You can take the attack from the enemy and you returns to it with the Double of the damage done and you recive a 25% of the damage for 5 seconds. (Deals the damage taken by the enemy)

Knight's Aggresion (Rank 4)
Description: You deal 15% additional damage with physical attacks.

Knight's Stamina (Rank 4)
Description: HP increased by 25%

Sur la Garde (Rank 5)
Mana Cost : 30 Mana
Cooldown : 50 Seconds
Type : Physical
Description: You prepare to receive the attacks of your opponent, applying Sur la Garde, you take 50% less damage from all sources for 15 seconds and the 50% damage taken + 30% of the damage done to the enemy,after this effect, the knight converts its in Heal, how? with magic.(Weapon damage 0% no need to hit, applyes Sur la Garde=reduces damage taken by 50% and the 50% of the damage taken converts its in heal + 30% of the damage done to the enemy, after the effect)

Knight's Armor (Rank 10)
Description: Because of your great armor as a WarKnight your take 30% less damage for all attacks.

Preparing To War Phase 1 ''Mentally prepare for war'' (Warrior (rank 7))

Description: Soldier to be in the war first you have to prepare yourself mentally, and as you will do visiting areas where there were wars already occurred, and see the damage what causes.

When Completed: Well done warrior, are you ready to collect the materials to become a WarKnight.

Black Hole Sun War Checked x1 (Goto the screen 9 in ''Black Hole Sun War'')

Description: As commander that you are charging your attack for 3 seconds to make the first attack and also during those 3 seconds the damage is reduced by 25%, to give a powerful blow to your opponent, and the farther this the enemy major will be the damage, and also if the enemy is in motion you have the probability (50%) to cause a stun called momentary stun.(Applyes Charge=Causes a 150% Weapon Damage (Close), 200% (Mid Far), 250% (Far Away), Momentary Stun, 2 seconds (Little Movement), 4 seconds (Much Movement), 6 seconds (Very Much Movement))

Reagrupation Blow (Rank 2)
Mana Cost : 30 Mana
Cooldown : 40 Seconds
Type : Physical
Description: A precise blow which stuns your opponent that applyes Reagrupation Stun, wich stun the enemy and decreases the damage taken to the enemy for 100% for 15 seconds. (Deals 80% Weapon Damage and applyes Reagrupation Stun=Stun the enemy and Reduces the damage that him/her by 100% take for 15 seconds)

Description: It applies to you and your allies, ''Strike'' that causes with next hit is critical and with 25% more damage.(Applyes ''Strike''=Causes a bonus of 25% more damage and critical hit guaranteed) (Only to 6 Allies)

Commander's Instinct (Rank 4)
Description: Order ''Strike'' recive a bonus of 15% in extra damage.

Commander's Speed (Rank 4)
Description: Charge duration is reduced to 2 seconds.

War Cry (Rank 5)
Mana Cost : 30 Mana
Cooldown : 14 Seconds
Type : Physical
Description: You and your allies, perform a War Cry that increases the damage of all in 30% for 6 seconds.(Applyes War Cry=Increases damage done by 30% for 6 seconds)

Commander Power (Rank 10)
Description: Being a commander, you must prove you have a higher power and you have a bonus of 20% in damage done and defence.

Seeing as Artix and the team have been busy making parodies of everyone's favourite fantasy books and show, why not make a quest line out of it? Johann Wryce already has a backstory written out, so why not go for it?

I don't really care what the skills are. Mana Regen should be either warrior or rogue. The class MUST be able to summon a certain white direwolf, preferably with some ice themed skills and passives like "Blood of the Dragon" and things like that.

This class is very counter intuitive, because the user actually wants to keep their mana depleted to deal high damage, but their auto attack, 4, and 5 increase their mana. This class will deal very low damage when at full mana (close to that of the healer class) and should only shine when at that low mana threshold. If a game dev is reading this and likes the idea or wants to ask me anything please feel free to contact me! I'm a game dev major looking to test some ideas of mine and will hopefully be making quite a few class suggestions in the future.

Rank 4 passives: Less magic damage intake/Increase damage by 20%

Mana crusher: Get an amount of mana back but uses some of your health and you get a deacrese in crit chance for 5 seconds. (15 second cooldown)

'Dark Shadow spread': A multi target ability which hits up to 3 targets and allows you to get an amount of increse in crit chance for 5 seconds and has to be a crit. (60 mana) (40 second cooldown)

Rank 10 passive: decrease damge taken by 20%

3.0 - 1.0 Haste
Skills:
1 - Auto Attack
Deals 90%-250% weapon damage depending on stacks active.
2 - Deathless
You take 20%-80% less damage for 3-10 seconds, depending on the amount of missing HP during casting.
3 - Draining Strike
Hits for 100%-200% weapon damage and applies one stack of Eternal Damnation (Up to 10) and heals you for roughly 1/8ths-1/2 of your health, depending on the amount of stacks active. (Spammable)
4 - Immortal Fury
Detonates all stacks of Eternal Damnation for a massive burst of damage. Damage depends on amount of stacks used.
5 - Deadly Swipe
Hits opponent for 110% weapon damage and clears all stacks, stunning them for 2-15 seconds depending on amount of stacks consumed.

It obv needs balancing, but what do you guys think? It's supposed to be a solo class.. or atleast one that starts off slow but gets stronger once you give it time.

Deals 150% weapon damage
Each hit landed in battle applies Fatigue. Fatigue stacks up to 8 and stuns the enemy for 4-6 seconds once it reaches max stacks. Stacks are consumed once the opponent is stunned.
2 - Fortify
Heals ally target or self for a small amount depending on your END stat and applies a stack of Fortified, which reduces damage from all sources by 5%. Stacks up to 10. (The 5% damage reduction, but the heal is always the same amount) Reduces Haste by .1
Animation is them raising the arm which has a shield or second weapon. If using a single weapon, a placeholder shield will appear. (A bit spammable)
3 - Shield Bash
Deals 100% weapon damage and reduces their chance to hit by 50% for 4 seconds. Applies 2 stacks of Fatigue. Animation includes a bunch of dazed star things.
4 - Hefty Blow
Deals 200% weapon damage, and applies 5 stacks of Fatigue. Does increased damage to already stunned targets.
5 - Armor Shed
Instantly clears all stacks of Fortify and gain -1 Haste and +100% damage for 10 seconds if used with full stacks.

I have one more idea but I haven't completely thought it out yet

Does any one else remember, that you could either ride a dragon as a class in AQ i would like this implemented into the game personally I loved it so im not sure if the dragon btw u should ride it or it be like a pet im going for riding currently

Their will be multipal ways of getting they all change on the version you will need the Phoenix Blade from the red dragon or the DOOM version (or nulgath for nulgath version of dragon) and legion tokens for legion one 3k odd (with the Phoenix Blade) the others im unsure

Probably a class you wouldn't want to put for 2000 Adventure Coins. Instead, farm for it like Void Highlord. Like Himmlischer Engel, the names of the class and its skills and passives are in German. I just find it more satisfying to use German words for angel and demon/devil classes. I used both Google Translate and the Cambridge University translator to get the names as I myself am not German.

For the finale of the 7 Deadly Dragons how about "The Dragon Sinner Class" each skill and passive has something to do with each dragon.
Merge shop item that takes an orb from each dragon. 1% drop chance from each.

1. Auto Attack-A basic attack taught to all adventurers. 2 second cd.

2. Gluttony's Hunger-10 second cd, 30 Mana
-Attack your opponent with the hunger of a dragon stealing a portion of their health and adding it to your own.
(Damage opponent and heal yourself)-(could be put as a HoT)

3. Pride's Arrogance-15 second cd, 15 Mana
-You have so much faith in yourself that you no longer feel the need to defend against such "weak" opponents instead you only focus on attacking.
(Deal double damage and take 50% more damage for a limited time)-5ish second duration

4. Sloth's Hesitation-30 second cd, 50 Mana
-Unleash an aura of exhaustion against the enemy slowing their attack speed/haste dramatically for a long while.
(Target enemy is slowed for 10 seconds)

Passive 1 Envious- You always knew that there were others better than you but now your skills as a sinner have paid off.
(All stats have been increased by 15%)

Passive 2 Greedy- Everything is what you wanted now you have the *passive* skill to make it come true.
(increase crit. chance by 10% and crit. damage by 8%)

5. Lust's Desire-35 second cd, 40 Mana
-Your enemies hesitant, for you have become something to be revered, Desired.
(Gain a massive boost towards dodge chance for a while.)

Passive 3 WRATH!!! You are Anger, You are Power, You are Wrath Incarnate.
(Small chance to deal 100,000% weapon damage on basic attack towards your enemy.)

It's a class designed to be a rank 10 class for the alchemy rep. It's a gun slinger themed class that uses magic with their bullets.

- Ah, that trusty ol Mana Gernade. Historians have long since lost the origins of this handy bomb, but a spellslinger won't leave home with out it. The higher your mana, the more damage dealt by the explosion.

I Feel like the attention all goes to Legion and Nation and no love for the Good side so..
i got inspiration from VHL and DBSK

And I will be suggesting its original skills.
(Dragon Fable Skills)

Skills

Increases your attack and chance of getting a critical hit, and Strikes the enemy from behind that deals 125% weapon damage.

Class name: Juggernaut of Nulgath
Class description: These titans of the underworld have been infused with the power of the Archfiend himself. Bestowed only to the most loyal of Nulgath's followers, these juggernauts will stop at nothing to carry out their master's bidding.

Class type: Tank Melee

Description: The cold darkness of the Archfiend freezes your foe from the inside out. Applies Cursed, which cripples your foe and empowers you, increasing your damage resistance by 3% (additive) and outgoing DoT damage by 15% (additive). Can be stacked up to 15 times.

Notes: At 5 stacks, you are taking 85% damage and at max stacks (15), you are taking 55% damage.

Skill 3: Sacrificial Flame
Mana needed: 25
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Description: Nulgath answers your feeble calls for help and sets the battlefield ablaze, igniting both enemies and allies alike. Applies a 6-tick DoT that is dependent on the number of allies in the room and on the number of Cursed stacks. Does not consume stacks.

Notes:
- Outgoing DoT is dependent on:
1) your Max HP
2) the number of Cursed stacks you have, and
3) the number of allies fighting the same enemy

- Outgoing DoT = (0.06 * Max HP * 4 players) * (1 + (0.15*5))
- Ex. with 3 allies (plus yourself) and 5 stacks, your outgoing DoT would be:
(0.06 * Max HP * 4 players) * (1 + (0.15*5)), which equals 42% of your max HP per tick (6 ticks total)

- However if you try to solo with this class, even if you have 10 stacks, your DoT is only 15% of your max HP, which even if you have 3500 hp, is only 525 per tick

Self-DoT
- In addition, this move applies a 6-tick DoT to each ally and yourself, equal to 6% of each individual player's max HP per tick (6 ticks total)
- Cursed stacks buff your outgoing DoT, but do not affect this self-inflicted DoT

Skill 4: Arcane Protection
Mana needed: 20
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Description: Direct your foe’s attention to you and brace yourself for the incoming onslaught. Hold your ground and absorb the incoming damage and release it in a burst of energy, dealing moderate damage to your enemy and healing yourself for a portion of the damage received. You stagger for a moment and suffer from armor deterioration, due to the damage taken.

Notes:
- Enemy targets only you for 5 seconds
- During this time, you take no damage and your skills are locked
- After these 5 seconds, 3 things happen:
1) Player inflicts 250% auto-attack damage (always crits)
2) Player receives one-time heal (not HoT) equal to that damage above (essentially a full heal)
3) "Deterioration" effect occurs and 10% of your max HP is lost
- 2 heals = 80% health left, 3 heals = 70%, etc.

- All stacks of Cursed are consumed
- This is a great heal, but you want to limit how much you use it because it hurts you defensively and offensively (since your DoT relies on your max HP)
- Thus, you want to rely on teammates for healing

Skill 5: Ungodly Annihilation
Mana needed: 40
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Description: Summoning every last bit of courage, you call out to the Legendary Archfiend himself. Your hair stands on end as the ground begins to shake. The Master emerges from the void and unleashes his wrath on the battlefield. If Cursed stacks are fully maxed, then massive damage will be dealt and the entire battlefield will be afflicted with “Shell Shock”.

If you have 1-14 stacks:
- Damage = (25% auto attack * number of stacks of Cursed)
- Will always crit
- To put into perspective, at level 83, this equates to ~1750 with 5 stacks, ~3500 with 10 stacks, and ~5000 with 14 stacks
- Stacks will NOT be consumed

If you have max (15) stacks:
- Damage = 750% auto attack (~9-10k at level 83)
- In addition, if you have 15 stacks, the stacks WILL be consumed, and you, your allies, and your enemy will be afflicted with "Shell Shocked"
- Effect on you: 4 second self-stun and 25% permanent haste reduction
- Effect on allies: 8 seconds of halved accuracy
- Effect on enemy: 8 seconds of halved haste

Rank 10 Passive
Fiendish Fury: When (and only when) 15 stacks of Cursed are on hand, applying Sacrificial Flame Ungodly Annihilation has a 10% chance to trigger Fiendish Fury, upon which DoT damage (outgoing and self-inflicted) is tripled for 30 seconds

Note: This gives enough time to stack to about 5 or 6 and use Sacrificial Flame once

Class Name: Dynamancer
Flavor text: Dynamancers are masters over various forms of electricity, and energy. They use it to empower themselves, and decimate foes.

Class type: Magic, Single target.
Mana regen: Thief. (Strike an enemy in combat, more effective on crits. Dodging restores mana, and health)

Recommended Enhancement: SpellBreaker

Auto attack:
Physical
100% 2 second cooldown.

Skill1:
Charge
Magical
10 mana 12 second cool down.
Charge up some energy, dissipating some to avoid a cataclysmic overload.
Does 50% weapon damage.
Upon use gives the caster one stack of "Charged"
Charged boosts haste, and dodge by 5% per stack and maxes at 5 stacks.
Charged lasts for 10 seconds

Figured boosting dodge and haste would feed well into this class, but being a thief regen class, you have to time the use of this skill, and not spam it, or you'll run into problems, but you should be pretty comfy when you get to full stacks due to you attacking more frequently, and dodging more often.

Skill 2:
Paralyzing Rune
Magical
20 mana 10 second cool down.
100% weapon damage
Shock your opponent with a rune trap doing extra damage based on stacks of Charged (+15% per stack) and will apply "Paralyzed" to your enemy lowering their haste by 50% for 5 seconds
Does not consume stacks

Figured this'd be your main damaging skill, while tossing in some survivability by lowering the amount of times that your opponent attacks, yes this is detrimental to the dodging regen, but remember dodging still relies on chance and if they manage to get 3 crits on you (assuming you're in higher end content where you'll be taking in 400-700 crits), you'll be in a tough spot. Lowering their hit count also lowers their chance to brek through your dodge, and besides, you'll be attacking more frequently, so mana should not be that super hard to come by.

Skill 3:
Surge
Magical
30 mana 15 second cool down.
Pump yourself full of energy pushing away all fatigue, granting renewed reflexes, and increased strength.
You also consume all stored energy to additionally boost your healing speed.
Grants
Surge of Strength: Boosting damage output to base 125% weapon damage. For 12 seconds.
Surge of Reflexes: Boosting dodge by 25% for 12 seconds
And Surge of Health A HoT that does 50% weapon damage per stack for 6 seconds

Basically this is here for an emergency heal, plus a buff to compensate the drop in power, if you were at full stacks.

Passive 1:
Might of Thunder: 10% increased damage.
A little extra damage never hurt anyone.

Passive 2:
Speed/Reflexes of Lightning
10% boost to haste
10% boost to dodge.
Haste and dodge on a thief regen class. A must have.

Skill 4:
Discharge
Magical
Discharge all of your stored energy in a brilliant spear of lightning, doing colossal damage.
Stacks of Charged increases damage
30 mana 25 second cool down.
Base 250% weapon damage. Each stack of “Charged” increases damage by 15% per stack.
Consumes stacks.
Grants debuff “Grounded” to the player not allowing stacks of Charged for 15 seconds. Also lowers haste, dodge, and crit rate by 15% each for the duration.
Grants debuff “Conductive” to enemy lowering dodge chance by 50%
Skill cannot miss
Skill has a higher than average chance to crit.

The "nuke skill" that a lot of classes have these days, with a twist, you actually feel the consequences of a skill having this power, by lowering your key stats, critting, making hits, and dodging, this is your trade off for guaranteed damage.
The enemy debuff is mostly there for group play, and so the debuff doesn't sting as much.

Passive 3
Might of the Lords
Rarely loose a tremendously strong lightning spear as brilliant as the sun, containing enough energy to shatter stone.
7.5% chance to do an attack that does 750% weapon damage.
