Here's my idea / suggestion for a class in AQW.

Legion Barbarian Class

Recommended Enhancement: Fighter, Lucky.

Description: You are a Legion Barbarian! Legion Barbarians are trained in the ways of the Barbarian, while also having some training through the Undead Legion. Your combat abilities rely on raw Strength, Speed and landing precise Critical Hits that are powerful. Will you be able to master the ways of the Legion Barbarian.

Weapon Damage: 110%, 2.0 speed

Mana Regen: Legion Barbarians gain mana from all hits landed in combat, and especially on crits. The amount depends on damage relative to *their own* HP total.

Recommended Stats: Legion Barbarian's recommended stats are Strength, Dexterity and Endurance. You might also want to consider adding Luck as well.

Stat Build: Legion Barbarian's Stat build is based on Berserker based classes, while it has the Mage Mana Regen Model.

Description: You perform an upward arc slash at your foe. Dealing significant damage that is guaranteed to hit, but cannot crit. Each use of this skill applies a Stack of Legion Weakness to the target. Each Stack causes your target to take 7% more damage per stack and lasts for 10 seconds if not restacked. Maxes out at 5 stacks.

Note: Deals 215% Weapon Damage on impact.

War Cry

So you do what the Legion tells you to do next. Does a strike for massive damage and causes your enemy to suffer a 25% Critical Hit Chance and Crit Damage Deduction for 14 seconds. This skill also has a 20% chance to Stun the opponent for 4 seconds. If War Cry is active on you before you use this skill, it will apply For the Legion! Which further increases your Critical Hit Chance and Crit Damage by an additional 15% for 8 seconds (Only applies to you! It doesn't apply to the other Party Members!).

Note: Deals 450% Weapon Damage on impact.

Samurai Class

Recommended Enhancement: Fighter

Description: A Spiritual Warrior from Feudal Japan. They are deadly warriors who fought in the Ōnin War. As a skilled Samurai, their combat abilities rely on them to take out enemies quite quickly. Their preferred weapon of choice is a Katana.

Weapon Damage: 105%, 1.75 speed

Mana Regen: Samurais gain mana when they:
* Strike an enemy in combat (more effective on crits).
* Are strucked by an enemy in combat.

Recommended Stats: Samurai's recommended stats are Strength, Endurance and Dexterity. Using full fighter will improve their survivability. You can also use Luck to boost your Crits to do more damage.

Stat Build: Samurai's Stat build is based on Warrior based classes, while it has the Warrior Mana Regen Model.

Also has a 30% chance to apply Spinning Dragon which reduces your opponent's next attack to 0 damage.

Cooldown: 24 Seconds
Type: Physical / Magical
Description: You meditate, restoring your Mana and giving you a Strong HoT Effect. When Meditating, you cannot perform any actions for 6 seconds for the duration of the effect, but your Damage Resistance will be increased by 90% for the duration.

Samurai's Might

Description: Increases Haste by 20% and Damage Output by 10%.

A Good Defence Is A Good Offence

I have a suggestion for what would best be described as a class merger shop where we could merge the starter classes with 2 other classes of the same role for a true class.
The suggestion would give players the option of falling back on a class that would arguably be the best in its role for taking on newer more powerful monsters that bring more to the game than just an absurd health pool. So I thought of implementing the class merger and the first True class would be the healer as it's the one I've put the most thought into.
(Merge the following classes: Healer Rank 10, Oracle Rank 10, Lightcaster Rank 10)

*Appearance would be fixed to female as tribute to Juvania the Healer Trainer something similar to the Oversoul Cleric of Nulgath and the female version of Duality of Nulgath

True Healer
Weapon damage: 110%, 7.0 seconds
Description: The dedicated disciples of lore who traveled the land in search of enlightenment. Upon finding their purpose their minds were clear of lingering shadows and only their love for the world and the light remained.
Special Effects: As master's of their craft, True Healers recover mana for themselves and others for 50% percent of their own efficacy (similar to mana vamp), as tribute to their former roots they retain the ability to recover mana from being attacked and attacking enemies (both are more effective on crits be it from their own attacks or a target's)


Skills:

Pure of Heart (Rank 0)
Mana Cost: 0 Mana
Cooldown: 7 Seconds
Type: Magical
Description: A slow, yet powerful attack that deals more damage the more health you have (10% of current HP plus small magical damage to the target)
Also applies Holy Incantation that binds the target in blinding shackles that causes 2% less damage, dodge chance, crit chance, crit amount ,and hit chance. Stacks up to 25 and lasts up to 60 seconds if not reapplied.
Upon reaching 25 stacks of Holy Incantation it will activate True Holy Seal which stuns the target for 8 seconds and increases their damage taken by 30% more
(Does not consume stacks of Holy Incantation but does not proc more than once.)

Goddess's Blessing (Rank 1)
Mana Cost: 10
Cooldown: 4 Seconds
Type: Magical
Description: Summons forth shimmering swords of light that deal moderate damage to up to 3 targets. Applies Holy Weapon for each target hit and increases the amount of damage dealt by 2% (Stacks up to 50 lasts 60 seconds if not reapplied)


Penance (Rank 2)
Mana Cost: 15
Cooldown: 4 Seconds
Type: Magical
Description: A transmuting circle appears on the ground and absolves your enemy of their sins, applying Absolution a small DoT that stacks up to 5 and last up to 10 seconds also reducing their haste by 8% per stack.

Touch of Life (Rank 3)
Mana Cost: 20
Cooldown: 20 Seconds
Type: Magical
Description: You are embraced by a heavenly body that heals you and 4 other allies for 300% spell damage, You are able to see through the eyes of the divine and guide your allies through peril increasing their crit damage, crit chance, hit chance, dodge chance, haste and damage resistance by 20%, lasts 15 seconds.
*a heavenly figure resembling the Celestial Staff will appear behind the caster spreading her arms and embracing the caster*

Heart of Gold (Rank 4 Passive)
Description: Increases healing potency and reduces incoming damage by 20%

Soul of Silver (Rank 4 Passive)
Description: Increases Endurance and Haste by 15%

Lux Aeterna (Rank 5)
Mana Cost: 40
Cooldown: 30 Seconds
Type: Magical
Description: Deals massive damage buffed by the stacks of Holy Incantation, consumes all stacks and also applies Boundless which reduces mana requirement by 15%
has a chance to deal an extra fixed percentile damage relative to the target's overall health (2.5% of target's health not affected by buffs)

Rank of Gods (Rank 10 Passive)
Description: Increases health by 20%

Spellsword Class

Recommended Enhancement: Wizard, Healer

Description: Spellswords are Warrior like Mages that process Powerful Arcane Energy Magic. They are extremely efficient at both Magic and Combat and they love to delicate their time to learning both sides of Melee Combat and Magic based combat. They are equipped with a Spell Blade, which they can enchant it to give it additional effects.

Weapon Damage: 150%, 2.0 speed

Mana Regen: Spellswords gain mana from all hits landed in combat, and especially on crits. The amount depends on damage relative to *their own* HP total.

Recommended Stats: Spellsword's recommended stats are Intellect, Wisdom and Endurance. They also have a decent amount of Luck thanks to the Wizard based enhancements. Using Healer will improve the class's survivability.

Stat Build: Spellsword's Stat build is based on Healer based classes, while it has the Mage Mana Regen Model.

Spellsword Blade

Lasts for 16 seconds if not restacked. Due to Enemies being allergic to your Arcane Energy, they also suffer a Damage Resistance Debuff for 8 seconds.

Note: Deals 120% Magical Damage to a target at long range. Decreases the target's Damage Resistance by 40%.

Enchanter's Sacred Magic

Mana Cost: 25 Mana
Cooldown: 12 Seconds
Type: Magical
Description: As a Spellsword User, you use some of your Magic Power to enchant your weapon with Powerful Magical Auras. When Arcane Protection is not in play, you enchant your weapon with some Powerful Destruction Properties applying Sharpening Aura, which increases your Damage Output by 6% every time when your Spell Blade successfully hits the target. If Arcane Protection is in play, you instead enchant your weapon with Powerful Supportive Properties applying Grace of Arcana Aura with each successful strike of your Spell Blade, increasing your Dodge Chance and Critical Strike Chance by 2% with every Auto Attack.

Note: Both Sharpening and Grace of Arcana stack up to 20 times and lasts for 10 seconds if not reapplied. Both Auras fade after 120 seconds if not reapplied. Both Auras can be played at once.

Arcane Protection
Rank Needed: 3
Mana Cost: 40 Mana
Cooldown: 14 Seconds
Type: Magical
Description: You sense that you are nearly being defeated in battle. You cast an Arcane Healing Spell, which Heals a good amount of HP and applies Arcane Protection, which gives you a moderate HoT and increases Damage Resistance by 50% for 12 seconds.

My Class suggestion today is Arcane Knight:

Description: Arcane Knights are fierce warriors who use Mana as their deadliest weapon.

Method of obtaining:
Free Player Method:

- Rank 10 Swordhaven
- Rank 10 Arcangrove
- Rank 10 Mage
- Merge quest item (Must have Royal Battlemage, Shaman and Mage in inventory [at any rank/Mage must be rank 10] in order to access the quest.

Legendary Player Version:

- Rank 5 Sorcerer
- Rank 5 Warlord
- Rank 5 Assassin
- Complete a quest line that gives the class.

AC's Version:

- 2000 AC's at Ragnar's Class Shop (requires Mage/Shaman/Royal Battlemage to buy)

Class Attributes:
- Caster class (High INT and WIS)
- Uses the Rouge mana model (gains Mana and HP when an attack is dodged)
- Uses 200% Weapon Damage; 0.5 seconds.



Arcane Knights gain mana when they:

- Strike an enemy in combat (more effective on crits).
- Are struck by an enemy in combat.
- Dodges an attack. Also restores a little bit of HP.


Arcane Knight's Skills:

Magical Strike (Auto Attack):
Spawning a magical blade from your hands, you strike the target with full force. This attack deals more damage the more mana the user has and the less stacks they have.

Note:
- Deals 200% Weapon Damage as Spell Damage.
- Applies a stack of Mana Struck! each time this hits, reducing Weapon Damage by 50% each stack. Stacks up to 3 (150% damage debuff).
- This attack deals 1% more damage for each % of mana the user has.
- Using another skill resets the stacks.

Arcane Burst:

Notes:

- Caster receives Knight's Reversion!, reverting the Arcane Knights's effects. Magical Strike deals more damage with more stacks and less mana, skills that cost and restore mana are inverted, etc. Also increases damage of other spells by 10%. Effect lasts 5 seconds.
- Grants unique effects to each skill, for the duration of the effect.
. Magical Strike slightly heals the caster, but deals 25% decreased damage.
. Fade Shroud bypasses "can't miss" skills (does not include self damage), however, the damage buff is not applied during the effect.
. Blood Blade grants Arcane Shield transferring most damage to mana, instead of health, however, it doesn't activate either Blessed or Stun
. Glyph of Mass Paralysis costs no mana and deals light, non crit damage. The duration of Drawback is cut in half, and the debuff values are cut in 50%.

ON SKYGUARD GRENADIER CLASS, RELOADER IS AN AWESOME SKILL 0 MANA COST.. IT WOULD BE REALLY COOL IF YOU COULD IMPLMENT THAT INTO MOST CLASSES... THEN WE WOULD BE ABLE TO SOLO MOST OF THE TOUGH BOSSES LIKE BINKY, AND ETC...
