As you all know, CH is the only class with no secondary heal, making it helpless against poison. Massacre needs a buff; so why not give it a life steal? Another opportunity could be a buff to Shadow Arts; for every turn you are not attacked, you heal back 25% of the last amount of damage done to you. You could give static charge some kind of lifesteal, but the energy gain would have to be lowered a little. Venom Strike could give the user a small HoT; that would be very unique. Cbeapshot might be a potential candidate as well.

 Massacre with life steal supported only because all other nukes (Super Charge, Surgical Strike) have life steal. But managing your energy to use Field Medic when possible to cure poison should be the answer to your poison problem. Generator on your armor(s), while not getting rid of poison, is another healing option. Or, just switch classes to something that has more survivability... (Or quicker killing. Or higher win percentage/ratio.)

Sorry but not supported on the majority of those.

Bounty hunter shares Venom strike, Cheap shot, Massacre and Shadow arts. If you give any of these moves a buff especially with life steal Then bounty hunter will get these buffs as well and as it is right now Bounty hunter doesn't need a buff.

If anything your best bet would be making Static a similar version of TLM move if you are looking for secondary healing seeing as it is something bH doesn't have.

Look at all the moves he suggested changing. Other than static charge every single one of them is shared by bounty hunter. Making any changes to these moves when it came to most buffs or nerfs when shared by other classes ended up buffing or nerfing another class that shared said moves which was why I mentioned that.

This was why I mention if a class needs a buff it should stick with it's unique moves rather than shared ones.

Also TM has a secondary heal in the form of supercharge.

 You're forgetting TM as well. And arguably TM has an even worse time defending itself because it doesn't have a crazy strong energy drain which can empty out almost all of an enemy's pool entirely in one cast.

As for the shadow arts thing, that wouldn't be a heal that'd just be more damage mitigation if you calculated it that way aside from if the move was a killing blow and killed the enemy before the heal was applied.

Overall, no. There are better ways to buff the class.

you do know they can make a seperate thiing for a skill depending on the class right , they did the same when BM had berzerker , on mercenary it said sword or club on BM it said sword or staff , so they can add livesteal to cyber's massacre

No they didn't. They both shared said move until they switched it out for bludgeon in Delta in an attempt to nerf strength BM. Also the club requirement never existed in delta for Mercenary and neither did a staff requirement for BM back then when they had it. That requirement for merc didn't come until the nerfed strength not too long ago. I remember this because back when strength was running the show all those Strength Merc abused the crap out of it and not one of them used a club while doing it.

TM has heal looping and Supercharge, as well as Technician. They do not need a buff.

 And how many people do you see actually use supercharge? Probably not that many.

I'm also fairly certain CH is one of the few classes that can more reliably deny a TM from healing repeatedly.

Pretty much every focus/tech /dex build for tm has SC.

cyber was good before because it had a passive shield and could regain energy , passive removal made the class useless , i dont understand how the devs didnt see that...

Okay now... it will be said again. This thread will be locked. I do not need to explain in-depth this time for I am pretty sure all of you know by now but it is worth repeating for the thousandth time. All class specific discussions belong in their respective class threads. Since this is CH, it goes to the CH class discussion thread. Simple as that. Yet it seems it can not be followed. From now on, I will be keeping notes on who makes them and there WILL be consequences from here on out. Let that sink in.
