Brief Description: An enemy used rage completely i.e 0% rage for him, then I used surgical strike to get some sustain, since it drains rage and DOESNT GRANT RAGE at all, so he still had 0% rage.
But apparently he still used Frozen Fury Aux Special which should not be possible in that scenario.
Error Messages (if any): None


Step by step details to duplicate issue:
1. Go in a battle.
2. Get the enemy to use his rage completely i.e 0% rage for him, make sure he has frozen fury aux.
3. Use surgical strike on enemy, he will still have 0% rage (confirmed with alt and friends).
4. Enemy can still use frozen fury aux special even if he is at 0% rage and does "additional damage".

 It doesn't do any additional damage, you can just use the core. I tested out the damage after seeing I could use it on 0% and it does the same as normal, just costs energy.

Not a bug it doesn't do any extra damage then a normal aux blast and it costs energy. It is the same way when you have a full rage bar meaning you won't get any extra damage then you would if you didn't use the core.

 Yea, what @Mother said. Tbh I just use it for fun to mess with kids heads.

How, the opponent with Frozen Fury Aux, first round, warp up in 1 round, and second round, using the Hair Trigger, costing the potential rage, and the energy for clear up to damage the opponent using the mini-rage, so he have the 0% the rage, no problem, using the Hair Trigger with 0% rage, how? o.o


So, is not bug, is miss clicking or using the deal for win .... ;)

 As mentioned this is not a bug, the core can be used at 0% rage.
