Changes to Revenant. Just posting here in case the gd thread got archived.

FD Earth armour, has a Wind spell-type skill as the MC. Skill attempts to inflict a 4-turn -25*WindResist BtH Blind. It pays 70% Melee for this. Has 50% cost due to being a package item.

[Skill is 4 hits. It takes -0.7/2/elecomp damage. Afterwards, the monster is blinded ([hits connected] rounds, -25*[wind res] BTH). The monster can resist with a save at a +0 bonus (inflict with DEX/LUK; resist with DEX/LUK)]

"Every turn you spend in the armour, you gain a charge, this charge is worth 5% Melee, normal value for an armour MC. Every turn you're assumed to lose 5% of your HP, so a monster attack that's worth 140% Melee is = 5% HP. Each charge is thus worth (5/5/1.4)% (5/20/1.4)% of your max HP, or a bit over 0.18%. It takes 56 40 charges to reach 10% HP, so that's the max # of charges the armour can hold. This DOES carry across battles, and even works if you swap armours, but this poofs if you log out.

If an attack brings you to 0 HP and you're in the armour, you'll be healed based on the # of charges, minus the amount of any "overkill" damage. AKA if you have 5 HP and take 25 damage, and are at a full 56 charges, then you'll be healed to 10% of your max HP, minus 20 HP due to the overkill.

At the start of your turn after this effect triggers, you get put into a skeleton form. This skeleton form can't store charges, but it changes to dealing +5% damage with weapon attacks/specials/spells (/0.75 for Magic weapons and /2 for spells). You also will switch to the +5% damage if you're in the armour's normal state and are at max charges. Once you've been put into the Mr Bones form, that's the form the armour will be for the remainder of the battle (you can still swap to other armours, but if you re-equip the Revenant armour, it'll just start in the Mr Bones form). You'll return to the normal form at the start of the next battle."

I don't have the exact numbers, but now owning Revenant, I can see that it has two attacks, done in the pretty standard #1 is 2/3 damage and #2 is 4/3 damage; both are two hits and the damage is evenly split between the hits. There is what looks like a 50% chance of either attack occurring.

New package item: Under Realm Champion. Kam says:

FO Darkness armour with Fire/Earth secondaries. MC goes into the normal skill, a weapon-type Darkness one (ele comp goes into lower SP cost). FSB when wearing the set opens a new spell-type skill, this gives up 50% Melee to attempt to inflict a permanent DefLoss versus all elements to the mob. Has a -20 save, so 70% success rate, if the mob fails it gives -(5*EleComp*3/Hits/sqrt(mobPower)) MRM to the mob for the rest of the battle (read, 9999 rounds).

Does the DefLoss stack if you use it more than once?
Yes; just add the new penalty to the old one. ~IMR

And what are the monster's resist stats on the save roll?
Inflict with (STR|DEX|INT based on weapon mode)/LUK, resist with INT/LUK. ~IMR

Also, just to be clear, the FSB skill doesn't scale DefLoss with the monster's ele-mod?
No, multiplied by the monster's Dark resist. ~IMR

Edit: And while I'm asking all of the questions, what's the ele-comp on the FSB?

Minor note, I tweaked the FSB's penalty to just be static 50% Melee (before it was 25% of the attacks damage AFTER the ele comp boost), this also means that the MRM loss doesn't get boosted by the same ele comp, you'll get at most -5 MRM per application. This is also unaffected by the mob's Dark resist, that was an idea that got changed in the final result, in order to make it unaligned.

You can cast spells in both Pyromancer Bloodmage and Hydromancer Bloodmage with less HP than the cost of their effect and not lose any HP for doing so. Does the effect turn off when your HP is too low for safety/convenience?

*looks up code* It appears to prevent you from suiciding. If you don't have the HP, then you don't pay anything and you don't get the boost. ~IMR

Nemesis' Testament - can confirm the sellback is 6070809 gold (60% of buy price).

I would assume that all Nemesis set items have a sellback of 60%, though haven't checked it myself. Currently some are 'Pedia listed as 67% and some at 50%. Buy prices are correct though.

Sweater Dragon Mount

Fire armour. Toggles between FO (mounted) and FD (dismounted).

Normal attack is:
  • Mounted: 80% chance of 1 hit, 80% damage; 20% chance of 4 hits, 180% damage.
  • Dismounted: 80% chance of 2 hits, 80% damage; 20% chance of 4 hits, 180% damage.

    MC:
  • Mounted: you gain +4.25 BTH on all weapon attacks and spells. This is /2 for spells and /0.75 for Magic weapon attacks.
  • Dismounted: you take -(5/1.4)% damage.

    Voltaic Guardian Dragon Form Z (143) is doing very less damage comparing to other 2-hit FO armors. Looks like it doing Neutral lean damage.

    Why does the Sweater Dragon Mount give 4.25 BTH/0.75 for magic weapons?
    I get the damage part of magic weapons sure but why less accuracy? I always assumed that 0.75% only counted for damage not chance of hitting hitting.

    Or do magic weapons have highter BTH compared to melee/ranged in general? Then it would at least make sense.

    Actually, when you divide 4.25 by 0.75, the BtH actually increases! Grab a calc to see how much ;) The BtH is higher for magic weapons than melee/ranged weapons.
