Not supported. The thing is, classes like tech mages, bounty hunters and cyber hunters have access to 4 different draining skills/cores: - EMP for CH, assim for TM and static grenade for BH as a main draining skill. - Frost shards for swords. - Piston punch/... for armor. - Energy shot for sidearms. So already if a CH can drain 500/600 energy with EMP, 290 energy with piston punch and 150 energy with frost shards, and finally 100 energy taken with energy shot, that's 1040/1140 energy drained with these 4 skills combained. That's almost twice base energy each class has, meaning classes like mercenaries won't have a chance against such combinations, as static smash can not drain 1/10th of that number. Your suggestion is about allowing these classes access to more energy draning cores. Which is a bit broken. I would support this if energy related cores are limited per each class, classes who have a strong energy draining skill should have access to 1/2 energy draining core(s) maximum, and those who doesn't should have access to more. Or if this suggestion is about non-related energy draining cores, I think it should be fine.
