Brief Description: u can use hazmat suit on full hp.

Step by step details to duplicate issue:
1. buy a hazmat suit.
2. use it on full hp.
3. green light of holy.

Additional Details (if any): THIS did not haphen on my account but a frend showed me U CAN use the hathmat suit on full hp i find this really DISRESPECTFUL SINCE U CANT USE FIELD MEDIC ON FULL HP OR GEN ON FULL HP + ENERGY. THANKS

I doubt this is a bug, since you can use Hair Trigger (Active core of Forzen Fury Annihilator auxs), even though with a full rage, using the core that costs 100 energy wouldn't grant you any additional damage. Well, maybe it doesn't grant you an additional damage, but you can intentionally use that core in case you don't want your opponent to drain your energy. As for Tranquility (Hazmat Suit's active core), I doubt using it on full rage with max HP would grant you any indirect help, so I think it should be locked on max HP like generator.
