		  i know the reason, why many people changing class to blood mage or cyber hunter      because main energy skills cool down is 3. i was bounty hunter, tech mage and tactical mercenary and if nothing changes, i will never change to these classes      because static grenade and energy backup, i mean main energy skills cool down is 4. it's terrible. 4 cool down must be only field medic      i think in future dev team must change to 3 cool down but with lower energy gain. this is the best way.       example: instead of 333 energy, tech mage and tactical mercenary will receive 260-280 energy.      example: i am cyber hunter and every 4rd turn i am getting 256 energy. it's pretty good. static charge cool down is 3. i like that
