 Hello, Adventurers!

Every week we will be opening up a thread that will be dedicated for YOUR letters to some of the most notable (and some not-so-well-known) NPC's in AdventureQuest Worlds. This is your chance to tell NPC's what is on your mind!

This will not be a contest, it will be just for fun. Keep in mind:

  • The =AE= Comprehensive Forum Rules and =AQW= General Discussion Forum Rules apply.
  • This is just a simple letter. If you wish to get more creative, you can use the Legends & Lore forum.
  • You can find a list of other Open Letters to write in here.


    This week's NPC to write your letters to is: Xeven! What have you go to say to the time-travelling assassin?

    I'd really like to know what it is I did that causes so much horror. That way I can probably avoid it. I mean you messed up the timestream already what can it hurt to tell me?

    Using the powers of the 4th wall, I've discovered the horrible truth! I took your father's life! If only I had known Vath had a family, let alone a daughter, I would have tried everything in my power to save him from Drakath Slugwrath. I may be an evil hero, but even I have standards!

    There's this guy somewhere who messes around with time streams just like you. I think you two would be great friends. He lives in another universe though, but I don't think it'd be a problem for you. Hope you can find him!

    		 Dear Xeven/Xeight,

    Look, I know you are upset about your father. HOWEVER, you must know *I* didn't kill your father. It was Stalagbite the Dragon who carried your father away! Not me! SO! Chase Stalagbite, will you?

    Oh, tell you one more thing, don't you know that your father was NOT a dragonlord and he was NEVER a dragonlord? No dragonlords on Lore would control dragon with a cursed Amulet. Dragonlords bond with dragons, treating them as their partners/friends but not slaves.

    If you want to know more about dragonlord, there is another version of me in DragonFable and you can ask him/her what the true nature of dragonlord is.

    So, let us be friends, shall we? Well, I have a Queen to kill. I don't have spare time to deal with you.

    		To Xwo, I'm not sure what she told you, but I have reason to believe that you are at the start of a self-causing paradox loop.

    Vath was a good leader, a good soldier, and a good man. But Drakath somehow got into his heart and his mind, he found an opening and turned him into a monster. He enslaved an entire race to mine for him, and he was spreading Chaos. He needed to be stopped, it was starting to effect even the Drow. I don't regret my involvement, but I am sorry for your loss. I did not kill your father, but I did bring down the Chaotic Dragonlord, and the dragon he enslaved took him to his nest.

    Ultimately, I think that me causing your father's death was brought to be solely due you leaving him alone, with no clue where you went, to hunt me down for his death. The loss of a father is nothing like the loss of a daughter... Maybe when Xwelve comes around, you'll understand.

    Dear Xeven,

    Much obliged for your secrifice in the Paradox Portal. The only reason I aint completely torn up over your sacrifice is 'cause I got a hunch that you used your time-hopping powers, and you're still out there somewhere. Don't fret, I'll find you again, and maybe we can have ourselves another little tussle without all that bloodlust and desire to kill. As them natives from back home always said, see you when the clouds reach the horizon.
