Hi there!!

Please check this:

- Are you logging in using Facebook?
If you do, please login using the normal account system.

- Have you tried clearing your unity cache?
To clear it; open THIS on your Firefox/IE browser and clear the cache.

- Are you playing on browser or steam?
If you are playing on Steam, and it shows any specific error please PM me.
