STR builds did die and anyone who says STR TM is good, I laugh at them. The main reason why STR died wasn't when they made gun scale with DEX, it was when they nerfed the scaling of STR per 1 stat point invested. The nerf to STR builds also, indirectly, massively, buffed Focus builds and indirectly and surprisingly nerfed the Kartherax Dark Spawn as it's use rates decreased a lot as you don't need this bot anymore. Also, another reason why STR builds were nerfed is when they made the rage defense ignore scale with support but, it wasn't really that BIG nerf but, if you combine all these changes together, you will see how much STR builds were nerfed. STR builds were fun and not everyone back then used Focus builds as focus builds were being used by pro players who knew how to counter STR builds. Now, everyone knows how to counter STR builds with focus so everyone is using focus. Also, there was something they nerfed that indirectly also, nerfed STR builds. It wasn't their intention but, they did that. It was the Chairman Fury core. They made a ''Rare Item Policy'' I guess but, they still nerfed Chairman's fury even though they shouldn't have done that. After they nerfed Chairman, nobody used Chairman anymore. I suggest also, making this armor work the same way again and making a new mocking version of this armor with the same core as the one we have now that costs 95 energy and deals 85% damage. To sum up, STR builds must be buffed again. The scaling of the primary damage must get buffed and become the same way is it was. Also, the scaling of the guns should be buffed a little bit because it really scales slowly and DEX builds aren't really that good. Along with this change, robots should also receive a buff. Their damage shall not be the same. I suggest increasing the damage of useless bots such as the Assault bot and the other bots with low use rates. The lower the use rate of X bot, the higher the damage of that bot should be. The lowest possible damage should remain 170.
