 Hello, Adventurers!

Every week we will be opening up a thread that will be dedicated for YOUR letters to some of the most notable (and some not-so-well-known) NPC's in AdventureQuest Worlds. This is your chance to tell NPC's what is on your mind!

This will not be a contest, it will be just for fun. Keep in mind:

  • The =AE= Comprehensive Forum Rules and =AQW= General Discussion Forum Rules apply.
  • This is just a simple letter. If you wish to get more creative, you can use the Legends & Lore forum.
  • You can find a list of other Open Letters to write in here.


    This week's NPC to write your letters to is: Desoloth the Final! What have you go to say to the Prime Elemental Dragon, now resurrected as Desolich?

    Sorry for failing you in the Good Vs Evil Vs You war. And probably the You vs Dragonslayer War. Here's hoping we win with our third attempt. And that you get a third attempt. You deserve a victory, and a better minion then I.

    It seems being an old dragon does not bring wisdom. You just didn't get the memo last time, did you? Or does chaorruption make you senile? I guess I should know the answer to both of those questions.

    The invasion is not going as planned. Only the northern flank by the Guardian Tower seems to be holding up. We need reinforcements! I can still take Battleon, I just need more time!

    		Dear Desoloth,

    I don't trust you. You may be dragonkin and the stuff of our legends, but I still don't trust you. Luckily for you, I trust DragonSlayers much less. Galanoth seems to appreciate the truce between dragonkin and slayers, but I've seen others who would hunt our kin to extinction. I'm willing to take those fanatic slayers down a few pegs.

    However, be warned. If you try and strike down innocents in this show of power, I'll be force to turn my magics against you. I don't like having to fight other dragons but I've done it before from necessity. Humans fight each other for petty reasons - dragonkin shouldn't follow in their footsteps. If it comes down to that, I will do what I think is right for the world and all dragonkin.

    If you give all Elemental Dracomancers the ability to heal themselves, I think players might side with you to win the war.

    You're missing the point! There's no throne, there is no version of this where you come out on top.
    Maybe your army comes and maybe it's too much for us but it's all on you. Because if we can't protect Battleon, you can be darned well sure we'll avenge it!
