If I'm not wrong, Reflex Boost used to give you energy back if you're attacked anyway, and you received 15% energy of the damage inflicted upon you or something like that. I suggust to bring back the old Reflex Boost for both Bounty Hunter and Blood Mage

They already have the energy stealing grenade and the parasite thing, they would be OP with this reflex boost, giving defense, chance to block and re-route at the same time.
