I was late to post in Winter Balance thread, but here are my suggestions (some of them were already posted):

1. Buff Strenght gain from stats
2. Buff Smoke Screen, Malfunction, Plasma Bolt
3. Replace TLM's Frenzy With Smoke Screen
4. Make Battery Backup to be used only on self
5. Make % to Resist Stun to scale with Strength, not Support
6. Raise Cooldown to all Multi Attacks with +1
7. Make Venom Strike energy cost same as Smoke Screen
8. Replace BM's Fireball with Mage's Fire Scythe
9. Return Deadly Aim to TM and BM and make it an active skill
10. Remove Supercharge from BM
11. Replace Mercs's Adrenaline Rush with Toxic Grenade

1. Strength needs a buff with state progression .
2. Smoke screen, malfunction are good still the same but the players became tankier so no need to buff them.
3. Nope TLMs had smoke screen in early delta but been removed cause it was too op my suggestion is to switch between energy and health gain.
4. OP battery backup suggestion.
5. Stun % scaling with strength does not make any sense.
6. Raising multies cooldown by 1 is deffo needed.
7. Energy cost of venom strike is good as it is now.
8. Maybe a good suggestion idk honestly.
9. Waste of a turn.
10. What ultimate skill u want it to be replaced with? Nope it's fine as it is.
11. Merc with a poison i will never see that implemented.

IMO only...
