Frustratingly, the Willow Man proved himself once again to be as spry as the timber he shared his name with. Dodging deftly away from the main blast radius of Inigo’s dragon-like talent caused Molly’s second harpoon to also miss, leaving the allied pair both breathless and unable to immediately continue their assault from afar. Before either of them could act, he’d sprung from the outer platform to the lower, second ring, where he crouched glowering up at Molly and the fire-breathing young lad. Breathless as he seemed, Inigo subtly flicked his wrist, casting a small, flickering flame to the platform directly below him, seemingly preparing an attack in the event of the wild fellow’s ascent - or perhaps her descent. Molly eyed him warily, but he spared her no glance, instead maintaining his attention on the man below. Setting her mind temporarily at ease, her current ally verbalised his intentions. “He’s going to be coming up, get ready.” In reply, Molly nodded, adding, “Aye, that’s been my hope for a while. My blades aren’t just for decoration, and I’m sure yours also sing for action.” Returning her gaze below, Molly locked eyes with their opponent. Unappreciative of the look on the Willow Man’s face, and not wanting to hurl her last harpoon only to have it dodged once more, she instead resorted to throwing an insult, hoping to enrage the wild man into awkwardly making his way up to the central platform, that she may put her twin blades to use. “You’re awfully agile for a tree-man, lad! Why don’t you just stand there and let us set you ablaze? Spare an old lass’s arm, we could say. Otherwise you can continue summersaulting down there to your heart’s content and entirely lose your respect.” Molly grinned down at the seemingly petulant man, satisfied that her sharp words would provoke some sort of reaction to his animalistic pride. Loath as she was to deplete herself entirely of cross-platform attacks, she conceded that removing an opponent as crafty as this one from the fray would more than compensate. As such, she removed the final harpoon from its tether across her back, primed it, and set on the stone to the left of her feet. Should the Willow Man ascend and provide her with a prime target for her rather unwieldy weapon, she’d more than happily take it; but there was no telling what would happen in the coming moments. So, drawing her blades, Molly prepared herself; prepared herself for the expected oncoming storm.
