This passive is worthless right now, George Lowe is one of the easiest bosses now, I would like to see this core have a new function.

Icy Chill is a passive, Whiteout is an Active, I dont see how it can be similar to it.

For my own suggestion to change it i really haven't been able to come up with anything, maybe extra damage to low resistance characters, no clue really

It’s an old core. Best thing to do is make it removable. If they make it some different passive than people can have it 4 times.

Making it removable seems like the cleanest option.

But it just seems like such a waste to make all these cores but their function isn't needed anymore, but i guess removable is good too.
