Own this item to unlock the Vaal Armor Customization options for the Chaosweaver class; this functionality was added on December 18th, 2020.
As of the changes to the DEX stat on April 16th, 2021, the description's claim that its ability does not affect the DEX damage bonus is outdated, as there is no longer a DEX damage bonus resultant of DoT application. The excerpt Does not affect the DEX damage bonus. would eventually be removed on October 11th, 2024.
