Sorry, I meant 100k. You needed at least 100k to get the first tier of the rare achievement, based on your last appraisal. If you appraised after the update and saw that you had over 100k, that doesn't necessarily mean your had over 100k before. I don't know if this is what happened to you, but it's a possibility.

Yea I have over 100k im 151k and I did appraise prior to the update

Same here, had way more than 100k pre-update but i never got my achievement either, i think it's bugged for some players.

It is not bugged, it is based off the last time you appraised your gear. If you appraised it a long time ago just to get 25,000 to get the achievement and never did it again, it will not register for your account. The new archivist one is evolving now as well and you can get that one higher by accumulating more weapons in your inventory.

I appraised my gear a couple days prior to the update though and still didn't get it...

Ah I see,

That's annoying, it kinda screws over the people that didn't get to appraise their gear beforehand, especially if they had heaps of rares etc.

I know... just doesn't make sense why I don't have it when I've appraised my gear when I started playing again recently which was a couple months ago. And people who haven't played or even been on the game in 3+ years have it

You must not have had 100k when you appraised then, even though you do now.

Blitz definitely had 100k+ score, most of his inventory has promo gear that was only obtainable well before around this time, I'm in the same boat as him too, i had 100k plus before the patch and still no achievement.

Like I said, it doesn't matter what he actually had based on his inventory. It only matters what his last appraisal was which can basically be anything depending on when you did it. And even if he appraised long ago and had over 100k, he might of appraised again later when he had less than 100k. If you don't have actual proof of what your last appraisal said, I don't think NW can help.

Not sure how I'd prove it cause I don't take screenshots everytime I appraise my gear lol it's whatever though

Honestly, it is really just super silly that your rarity score doesn't automatically update. I wish NW would have handed out the rare achievement based on the current inventory rarity everyone had before the update. That way people who forgot to appraise before the update or appraised long ago wouldn't have gotten screwed over like you and the people who exploited gifting wouldn't have gotten so many free ratings (since basically all of them sold all their gear right after they appraised).

Yeah I agree, basing the achievement off the current rarity score before the update would have made more sense, I guess it can't be helped now though.
