I suggest that if we have a skill at max then it gains a bonus, for example:

Hybrid armour: if you're malfed you gain extra res, same with with smoke with def.
Medic: Heal a small amount at the end of the next 3 turns.
Adrenaline rush: Extra rage bar points every turn for entire battle once you have used adrenaline rush.
Intimidate: Boosts your highest stat by 15% for 3 turns.
Berzerker: Next skill you use costs 30% less energy, lasts 2 turns.

its a cool idea but cant be supported at least how game is right now. We already see to many players with skills maxed. Just think about it, all energy skills are always maxed: battery backup, assimilation, parasyte, static charge, etc etc etc.

Also works for other skills: max mass, max supercharge, max berzeker, etc etc etc.

Don't need more reasons to max all skills.
Oh well its a cool idea but I didn't read the suggestions below. To OP, obiously not supported. If you want an extra bonus it must be an small upgrade.
