Against a Non-Wind element Dragon, or Wind element Dragonkin/Drakel, the monster's attacks deal -5.36% damage.
Against a Non-Wind element Dragonkin/Drakel, the monster's attacks deal -3.57% damage.
Against anything else, the weapon deals -5% damage.
DESCRIPTION
This special variant of an Earth Dragon Partisan uses alternate forging techniques to reduce damage from Draconic foes, instead of boosting its own damage. It is especially effective against Draconic creatures aligned to Wind!
