Does the XP limit reset if I upgrade a character who has hit the XP limit?

i think ur cap increases by 10% which isn't a lot tbh.
I tried negotiating for an alternative solution back in the general discussion session but
couldn't get enough supporters to speak up.
You are a little to late to join in now :/

I think so, but I'm afraid I can't guarantee it to you... Any token package purchase resets it though, even the $2.50 one.

I can't say if I remember correctly (because the last time I did that is like couple of years + ago), but if memory serves me right, if a character is upgraded, the new Gold/EXP caps for the upgrade are in effect.
