I know that some GGB items like the savage werewolf form return periodically and the bard of war already did once as festive bard of war. Any plans to return again?

Nothing confirmed, but it wouldn't be strange for them to recolor it again. As it is though, nobody beyond staff can say for sure.

Last time it returned it was in a different element IIRC, it was Fire instead of Wind I think.

So... I think it's probably a safe bet to think it will return, but probably in a different element again.
