1) I would suggest putting the last 250 stats into Int. It allows you to use mp-costing guests (including unique ones like Memet and Doomquake), as well as tomes to wield a combination of bursty/efficient/effect spells, depending on the situation. As an alternative, you can go for Str, to deal about 35-40% extra melee damage with 100-proc weapons, which is generally a better choice than +10 bonus to saves from Luck. 2) The current discount does not extend to GGBs, so it's not the optimum time to buy them in bulk. For the moment, I suggest taking advantage of the sale to get the following: - Pyre Rat Contract. A water guest that deals bonus damage or inflicts Burn for a gold cost. The Burn has great synergy with Sol Neko's Purrfect Malice passive. - Doomquake Minions. An earth guest that can deal 2x damage for 2x upkeep. - Memet. The only harm guest in the game. - Stun bow. An incredibly good 100-proc stun weapon, capable of stacking stuns. With PikaZard/Mogdin, can easily stun-lock the monster for the entire battle. - Meduso Bow. A pretty good petrifying bow. Just don't forget to switch to wind attacks when the monster is affected. 3) The Samukematsuri weapon+armor+shield gives you a pretty good FSB, which makes all your spells, pets and guests autohit. A niche effect, but one that can come in very handy against monsters like Mr. Frostval. Samukematsuri misc has very good synergy with the neko passive. Cracked Ornament helps stack status effects, since it affects your entire side of the field. Pixel Ether can provide a nice dose of mp without needing to waste a turn on a tome's mp regen. Windter Crown is one of the better miscs for beastmasters. It protects from wind, gives bonus Cha for beast accuracy/damage/effects, provides a damage bonus to your attacks and stores sp after each beaten monster. 4) Honestly, there's not enough good status-inflicting weapons to cover every element. As a general rule, only the MC or ~10% damage are sacrificed for the effect. And besides, with 250 MainStat, you'd still deal 100% melee damage with your weapon attacks/spells. No need to sacrifice that. Oh, and P.S. the Reddit thread is good for leveling characters, but for endgame equipment, I'd suggest referring to the Wiki.
