Potions decreasing to 25

My potions keep resetting to 25 when I log in again even after I get 35. Any idea why this is happening?

Being War reduces them to 25.

I know, and then I got 10 more. But when I logged out and back in I was back to 25

 Did you farm the potions while either capped? The game doesn't save your battles if you do them while capped, so you end up losing any potions you earned.

I was capped. But I was also using the plunder skill, not the chests.

 Well, there you have it, battles don't save when you're capped, so no matter how you obtain them, you'll always lose them once you log-out.

Just get them while uncapped and you're good~

To keep the potion count of a current session, after refilling potions you have to win/lose/flee a battle to save it for the next log in session.
