DESCRIPTION

The shield stats off as a standard spell:

BTH 2 8 15 21 27 33 38 Receives *0.5*0.85*0.9 damage penalties for not costing a turn, automatically hitting and for being always useful respectively. Then, the damage is turned to 0 and the result becomes a shield instead.
