can someone explain to me why i can no longer equip the temporary masks at all? cause when i try it wont show the description of the mask at all and i just get a pop up saying that my class cant equip this type of item

It could be a bug related to the new inventory update in which case you could report it as one, but first try to clear your cache. I've been able to equip temporary item Halloween Masks today so you should be able to.
