So now that i have NSOD, if i were to turn it into the duelwielding version in nostalgiaquest, if i farmed for it again, could i get another nsod, so i could have 2, with different enhances? one that's normal, and one that's dual-wielded?

Yes, you can. They are both separate weapons.

No, you don't have to farm for it again. After getting the dual-wield version, go back into your buy-back shop and retrieve your old single-wield NSoD.
