I've noticed that there are level 155 monsters showing up in Random Adventures for my Guardian character's level. Is this a sign that the level cap will be raised again at some point in the not-too-distant future? Or is level 150 going to be the cap forever?

155 monsters have been around for quite some time. There is no intention to raise the cap as far as we know, we've been told it will break balance standards if players go beyond it so I would not expect a raise.
