With the change of GG costing 0 gold, will the items be sellable for gold say next Christmas? Just wanting to know because I already have a good water armor/shield/weapon and mis. If not then I will get rid of them to free up space.

You should not get rid of these items. Especially not the misc as it is the best part of the set. I think they will remain at a 0 gold cost forever.

Based on Armour Giftbox '17 turning into Samukematsuri Samurai, the latter sells for 0 gold, which may indicate that all Giftboxes except Token ones will sell for zero value after they have become an item.
