As far as I know rage bonus was removed from SC on November 15th, 2019? https://epicduelwiki.com/w/New_Releases/1.7.46

You used to get rage based on your opponents current rage, for some weird supercharge buff a while ago.

They removed that feature, which in turn just denied the rage gain altogether.

Even if you don't account that, the opponent not gaining any rage doesn't make much sense.

Oh, I didn't realise you were talking about not getting rage while being attacked by supercharge.
