Is this a rumor or something one could do? Trading commons/rares for ultrarares? If this is the case, how does one do this?

1) Go to Account Management and Log-in ( https://account.battleon.com/ )
2) Click "Character List"
3) Click on the character with the GGBs , then click "Gold Prize Swap"

25 Commons = 1 Rare
10 Rares = 1 UR
