Mechquest Volunteer updating?

 Hi,
I understand that this is probably not the place to ask this, based on these posts.

But I thought I would give it a try anyway. Since Mechquest seems to be no longer being updated and maintained, I was wondering if there is any way people could volunteer to help maintain , update it or even start remaking it in another code base, since Adobe flash is going to be no longer updated or distribute by the end of 2020.

I might try and help if it happens, don't have programming experience out side of academia

 I would volunteer if there is ever need to. I don't really have much (if any) programming experience, but if I can help revitalize this game in any way, I'll gladly do it.

Sadly, I also think it's highly unlikely it'll ever happen, but who knows? I hope I'm wrong!

 Cool, More help the better. It would take a lot of work. Extra help programming would be great. There would be lots of other stuff to do besides programming (Art,Music,Animation,etc)

I hope mq allows volunteer updating. But as someone said earlier I highly doubt anything would happen..

If this ever comes into fruition, I do have advanced python experience and basic c++ I am willing to help out.
