Are there any other weapons then Sila's Staff, Glacial Short Staff, and Lightning Rods that give you spells to choose from as their special attack?Also are there any weapons other then Blackbones and Tsunami Pen that boost spell damage?

For future references, search for -Spell in Optimization Academy of Lore: Builds, Expectations, Weapons and Armors to find the below equipment:

Book of Burns from Arena of Enthusiasts
Healing Branch
Winds of Change Tome from In The Land That Never Was
Zardwart Wand
Paladin's Gift
Loremaster Tome from Falerin's Memorial
Tome of Cerberus from Underworld Part I: The Hunt for Hollow

The most common spell-boosting weaponry are the magestaves - +9.375% damage to spells of their respective element.

If you have several Rare GGBs, the revamped Bloodblades and Bloodzerker Blades pay hp to boost spells of their element by 10%, 15% if used with their respective set item (Blodzerker or Bloodmage).

Divine Kazemai Athame increases the accuracy of your wind spells.

Arctic Athame sacrifices some damage to give you +18.75% damage boost to ice spells - with the boost being doubled against monsters with Int > 0.
