 So I put my previous headcasing into the bank (10) and went to /join thevault as per usual to get the new one (11).

Iv'e tried several times over several days, but nothing.

Why is this please?

Edit:- found a typo in the title, then fixed it.

 It's probably just forgetfulness, and will hopefully be added in tomorrow, but in the meantime, it couldn't hurt sending in a bug report to let them know about it.
