Max "All" resist

Wanted to ask what is the max "All" resist stat you can get and is it the highest priority when hunting for new items?

If you go to the min-maxing page and enter all in the upper right fill in box, the max all resist you can get is 69. However, this requires some perma rare gear (gloom glaive/ultra omniknight blade) and a special purchase item (elemental unity).
Without using rare items/special offers is 65 all resist.
Without any defender medal items it is 55.

 ^Ultra Omniknight Blade isn't rare, you can still get the resource required to create it from the Ruin of Darkness quest. If you don't have Elemental Unity Defender, The Corrupted Seven is an almost-perfect replacement, offering 4 All resist but is much easier to obtain and doesn't require a special offer purchase.

The Belt and Necklace that provide maximum All resistance both require copious amounts of Defender's Medals to obtain, but you're in luck as there's currently a war event ongoing right now.

 @Kurtz, how do you get 69 as max all? All I get is 64.

Gloom glaive or ultra omniknight blade (13)
Wings of thousand flames/inferno (15)
Defender's Ring or Void Chitin Band or Tentacle of Dominion (5)
Fierce Dragon Lord Helm or Heartseeker's Helm (10)
Defender Necklace (10)
Defender Belt (10)
Elemental Unity (5)
Legion Bracer or Epoch Artifact (1)

For a total of 69.

Can you combine All with other resistance? Like I have 50 All and 20 Darkness, so combined Darkness will be 70

 Yes, All effects all resistances aside from Null, which ignores it and only used by a few monsters. This also means that it effects Health as well, meaning that you will heal less.
