Do their imbue skills work on other armors skills ? Such as the frigid devouring scythe armor skill(Cold Collapse) and bloodzerker armors?

Imbue skills work on everything except spells, spell-type skills and type Other attacks like Ally Assist or PWD.

Eat Fear, Zerkers, WKZ - imbues work with all of them.
