Is this thing still redeemable? According to the pedia, I could unlock a Chickencow artifact during a war... but this war is over. So is the artifact rare or do I have to go elsewhere to redeem it?

Pedia entry doesn't mention anything. I just want to make sure.

You need to play the second lock of Archive E-189-L and go through the small gap on the floor a few rooms into the quest. Once you've got it, play through waves until you get the rare wave, equip the brick and click the floating cube. Try not to kill both clusters, it'll end the quest.

Ah, I just have to find a wave then. Alright, thanks... time to get that thing.
